At Autoradioplaza, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
